National Economic Report
KeyValueData’s acclaimed National Economic Report (NER)—the only monthly economic report in the industry—is one of the most comprehensive economic reports available to the members of the valuation profession.
Unlike some competing economic reports, whose dense presentation of long strings of statistics tends to confuse more than enlighten, KeyValueData’s NER delivers all economic data and statistics in a clear,
easy-to-read context, so that valuators can understand not only what the data says, but what it means.
As a special aid to valuators, each edition of the KeyValueData NER includes a brief (usually two to three pages) national economic summary that can be dropped directly into valuation reports, “as-is” or with
the valuator’s desired modifications. The special quarterly edition of the NER also includes an expanded overview of current economic conditions that can be placed in valuation report appendices or exhibits,
as well as easy-to-scan one-page summaries for 48 key economic indicators and historical data for these variables for up to ten years in the past. These summaries are complemented by clear graphs and charts,
which add a consistent visual component to the underlying economic data, and which are included in a separate, easy-to-navigate Microsoft Excel® workbook.
The National Economic Report is written by Kevin R. Hopkins, a former White House economist and senior contributing editor to Business Week magazine.
