KeyValueData’s industry-standard BIZCOMPS® database contains data on more than 12,000 private and closely-held business sales transactions. The BIZCOMPS database includes information on business type and location, date of sale, price and terms of sale, annual gross revenue, asset values, operating ratios, and other key financial variables. In addition, where the data permits, a number of multiples are automatically calculated, such as sales price/gross revenues, sales price/seller’s discretionary earnings, and so on.

Users can search the BIZCOMPS data based on a number of criteria, including SIC code, NAICS code, sales value, date of sale, company size, and business location. Once the desired companies are selected, users can download all of the relevant data with a single click into a Microsoft Excel® file.
